Our goal for this contemporary kitchen redesign was to create a large and open kitchen that would be suitable for creating gourmet meals and a backdrop for entertaining. A traditional U shaped kitchen and dinette space were combined to create a linear form. A u-shaped counter-height dinette area integrates with the island to create dramatic scale and allow for face to face family meals counter with a subtle material change.

Full height glass backsplash, omission of upper cabinets and elimination of cabinet corners create heightened openness.

Wolf and Subzero appliances create a balance between precision and a gourmet look. A Wolf CG365 cooktop allows for clean flow of lines and the infusion of appliance and cabinetry with the integration of knobs on cabinetry.

Cabinets are Miralis Similacquer with ultra-mat finish.
