Faced with a challenging and steeply sloping backyard, we mitigated the grade change by installing multi terraced retaining walls. We were able to give the client a pair of dining and entertainment spaces both with beautiful views. The upper level features a dinning room and the lower level features a custom built in spa with water feature wall. The fire place is a Dekko Concrete Fireplace. The Glass tile is Lunada Bay Tile, and the patio and coping are Limestone.
