This renovation took place in the Level Club, a former Art Deco Hotel. Luca Andrisani Architects was tasked with combining multiple former hotel prewar rooms into a modern loft-like bachelor’s apartment. Freestanding units were used to define flexible spaces. A palette of white oak and white lacquer reflect light, contributing to the sense of spaciousness. Color is present in the bathroom with blue and green Italian mosaic walls and floors.
