The Ord Street project was a study in blending the natural elements, textures, colors, and surfaces of nature into a modern-minimalist space that invites relaxation and beckons gathering.

Citidev extended the rear of the house by 13 feet, building the space upwards to help capture more light through perfectly placed windows that extend up 20 feet. By blending the home’s original structure into the new finishes, the final masterpiece retains the initial elements so that the remodel blends seamlessly into the unique property.

The use of translucence – glass and light – with the verdant outside landscaping, perfectly ties together nature with modernity. Splashes of color – deep gold, turquoise, and ebony – add an element of classicism to the modern geometric finishes. Rustic materials in the floors complete the raw, nature-inspired feel of this beautiful remodel that Citidev masterfully pieced together.
