Duplex Remodel
Citidev did an extensive remodel on this classic San Francisco duplex. By taking advantage of the home’s architecture and large windows, the finished result captures more light and features high-quality contemporary touches throughout.
Citidev’s remodel on a San Francisco two-story duplex resulted in a refreshing, contemporary take on a space that was previously closed-in with separated rooms. By removing the existing kitchen walls and opening up the space to create a great room, the new design showcases the rooms’ natural light and attractively joins the social areas.
Citidev remodeled the kitchen with the finest finishes and materials. New structural beams were installed to support the space, and Citidev’s design team chose contemporary touches such as Ceasar stone countertops, high-quality appliances, custom cabinetry, and beautiful flooring. Careful attention to detail, such as the custom-milled door trims and baseboards, display Citidev’s hallmark craftsmanship.
In addition to remodeling the great room and kitchen, the Citidev team also remodeled the downstairs media room, wine cellar, bar room, and master bathroom. Each space was designed to blend together naturally and tie the home’s fine-finishes together seamlessly.
