The Program includes adding a living room and a new master suite while preserving two existing trees adjacent to the building.

The new addition provides two wings to the backyard and created a courtyard in the middle to preserve the trees. Large windows and skylights opens up the new living room to the outdoor area and bring in natural daylight. New bathrooms and updated fireplace provide a modern taste to the house.
