Cunningham Residence Napa

Designed as an interpretation of the ubiquitous “modern farmhouse” this home frames the view of the rolling Napa Valley hills and beyond, embracing the bucolic regional wine country landscape that makes this house and site so special. Through the use of painted board-and-batten exterior, local Napa Sayar stone and standing seam metal roof, the simple forms are meant to recall the local vernacular farmhouse and barns.

The owners wanted a large destination urban farmhouse for family and friends. To support that, this 6-bedroom, 11,000 sf house is organized around a huge great room facing a courtyard layout to connect to the pool, pool house with outdoor dining and gardens.
