Curated Colonial

Our studio designed the living room, family room, card room, dining room, and entry of this house. Sitting on beautiful acreage in Muttontown, this colonial has been transformed by the owner's amazing art collection and unique blend of bold and traditional elements; as they say, "In my heart, I'm traditional."

The house is like an art gallery where one can curl up and feel at home. The foundation colors – bright, warm white, deep navy, and neutrals – allow the art room to shine. The collection is ever-changing, and the house is always bustling with kids, dogs, and family dinners for 20 or more.

Project designed by Long Island interior design studio Annette Jaffe Interiors. They serve Long Island including the Hamptons, as well as NYC, the tri-state area, and Boca Raton, FL.
