Friends and family gatherings were at the heart of this Sag Harbor home, designed for easy living year-round, especially in the summer. The home features a large two-story entry hall with custom paneling and dramatic lighting that sets the tone. The family room and den, both with fireplaces, offer cozy spaces to relax. The kitchen boasts an extra-large island, always adorned with fresh fruit, baked goods, and beverages. Casual meals can be enjoyed at the long rectangular kitchen table, while more intimate holiday gatherings take place at the round table in the dining room. The soft, plush tones of chocolate, deep navy, and off-white create a cozy atmosphere, perfect for games and movie nights. With grandchildren on the horizon and a big group of friends, the house is complete with a pool, theater, wine room, games, guest rooms, and an abundance of love.
