These homeowners were thrilled to purchase this home but wanted it to become something that really fit their needs and personality. They incorporated their love the outdoors and of world travels: specifically where they have had experiences swimming with sea-life.

We incorporated this into aspects of their remodel. The fireplace was updated with a new mantel, and stonework around and on the floor. The wood-burning fireplace was replaced with a beautiful electric one. A Solatube was installed for additional natural light in the living room.

A custom-built, lighted bar was added next to the fireplace with color and texture elements that flowed into the wood and stonework/countertop.

In the breakfast nook we installed customized cabinets with lighting, granite countertop and stone backsplash.

The large piece of granite countertop from the breakfast nook was also used for the extensive bathroom remodel which was totally customized with cabinets, lighting, shower with built-ins and seating, flooring and a glass-block wall in the shower.

One of their favorite updates was the screened in porch where they frequently spend time enjoying the outdoors without bug attacks!
