This remodel touched all areas of the downstairs, including the popcorn ceiling above. It required multiple talented trades: electrician, plumbing, painting, carpentry, custom-cabinet building, tile laying, demolition, countertop cutting and installing, appliance and other installations.

Major room remodeling involved opening the Kitchen to Dining Room and renovating everything in sleek modern style:
- Wall removed between kitchen and dining room

- White and dark brown flat panel cabinets with press-to-open doors and drawers.
- 2 islands built and installed
- Island with cool-touch range and stainless steel range overhead from ceiling.
- Undermount sink with waterfall faucet.
- Moved and installed new stainless steel refrigerator and installed wine-cooler refrigerator.
- New lighting in ceiling and under cabinets.
