Our custom home project on Cypress Lane in Winter Park is a great representation of a transitional/tropical home. It's transitional exterior compliments the warm modern interior, filled with stained cypress wood, walnut floors and an intricate ceiling detail. One unique feature of this home is it's closed lake-loop geothermal heating and cooling system. The landscape/hardscape was designed by 4EGC.
