The Evergreen Home was the first LEED-Gold certified home in Central Florida, the recipient of the 2009 LEED-H Project of the Year award, and numerous other design awards. The home features recycled and green/sustainable materials, energy efficient building techniques such as solar water heating, rainwater collection and drought tolerant plants.
