Our latest custom home in Winter Park, FL was designed by Michael Wenrich. The 4 bedroom, 6 bath home features a basement, master suite with steam shower, sauna, gourmet kitchen, and an expansive living space that flows to the outdoors. The goal of this home was to capture the views of the lake from almost all of the rooms. Large board-form concrete walls provide a unique accent both on the inside and outside of the home, while walnut wood features help to warm up this all white masterpiece.
