D-Trac was contracted to remove and replace the front entrance door and repair surrounding stucco. The door could not be repaired due to the flange broken at the top, the entire door/jamb/frame had flexed for the past two years and every joint within the door was loose. The size and weight of the door unit was also extreme which had contributed to the stress during flexing.
