D-Trac Construction Inc. was contracted to provide Engineering services to determine the removal of a potential load bearing wall separating the kitchen/living room areas. Upon the Engineer determining that the wall was non-load bearing, the demoliton of the kitchen/living room area was completed including the removal of the stipple ceiling throughout and going with a flat ceiling finish. Additional items include electrical upgrade for pot lighting, installation of gas line for new gas stove, installtion of new cabinets, painting and trim package. Permits were obtained for the construction, electrical and gas line.
