Over the past couple months, our D-Trac crew has been working on the final renovation touches at this beautiful 1917 Whyte Avenue heritage home. The renovations consisted of full basement re-development including insulation, drywall, paint and trim package. D-Trac also addressed electrical, plumbing and existing foundation issues which are common scenarios in homes of this era. The final outcome is a stunning renovation that stays true to the heritage of the home, yet meets the needs of the Client and their growing family.
