This space was designed to be an intimate gathering space for listening to music, drinking a scotch and waxing philosophical. The den is nestled into the house of a man who loves to entertain. The rest of this masculine home is open and expansive so the goal for this room was to create the opposite effect and achieve a cave like feel, which we thought wasn't a bad thing in this case.
