St. Mary's is a mid-century modern home lucky enough to have most of it's original architectural features. The flagstone entry floor sets the right tone as you walk into this open, bright and expansive space. It's floor to ceiling windows on one side of the room and the original corner fireplace embedded into a curved stone wall on the other, sandwiches the large modern living room ready for entertaining. The original green kitchen cabinets were updated with a new 3 dimensional backsplash and pendant light. We installed grasscloth on the bedroom ceilings for touch of mid-mod texture.
