In 2017, DCM opened their new headquarters in what was once Camden’s Fire Station No. 6. Dating from 1909, the building functioned as a firehouse for decades until its company relocated in 1978. Our firm fell in love with the original character of the space, with the exposed brick interior walls, hardwood floors, a three-story hose tower and stunning views of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge and Philadelphia skyline. Our team constructed the fit-out using recycled and re-purposed materials. Daylight fills the upstairs open space studio while the lower floor serves
as a gallery.
