Deck Replacements & Additions
Pictures of 4 Different Deck Projects:
1) Lake House: Customer accepted my vision of removing dirt from the right side of house and placing the dirt in the back yard to make it level. Then installing stairs so the back yard could be accessed from the deck.
2) Alpharetta: Deck was falling apart. Customers could not walk on deck. Customer accepted the vision of the black iron spindles to add design detail to deck. While working on deck, customer asked us to replace damaged siding and wood from the exterior and then paint the house, also to install new gutters and down spouts and cut down 4 trees at their house and 5 trees at their neighbors house.
3) Miton House: Customer was selling their home, they hired CRES to paint the interior of their home, paint epoxy their garage floor, replaced and paint some damaged trim wood on the exterior and repair their deck with a Restore product which seals the cracks and allows the deck to look new.
4: Dunwoody House: Customer contacted CRES because of a basement leak. There was a 8' crack from the top to the bottom of the french drain.
