We originally gave the customer an estimate 2 years prior to starting. We reconnected after a year to review the Interior Designer's scope of work. We worked with the Interior Designer to create a revised budget based on their revised drawings. After a short revision period, we had new architectural plans along with a very detailed estimate / budget to complete the work. We were awarded the job and completed the work.
