3 Phase Project. Phase 1: Basement waterproofing, fix basement water intrusion issues do to grade problem, fix radon issues and build safe room in basement. Phase 2: Remodel exterior by building two additions (Master Bedroom sitting room with walk in closet and balcony & family room with full bath it's own foyer and two decks), paint exterior, fix roof leaks, install new gutters & down spouts and build a roof over front porch with new door. Phase 3: Install new hardwood throughout the upstairs and build large walk in closet in an upstairs bedroom.
