Sheldon infused the interiors with a mix of antique pieces, antique reproductions and a smattering of rustic pieces, like a twig mirror and a table with a tree branch base.

The living room is grand and looks out onto the Wasatch Mountain range. The room reflects Sheldon’s deft use of color and pattern, seen throughout the house, and it contains his signature miniature chairs in front of the coffee table opposite the sofa. The red dining room chairs from A. Rudin have a surprise in the back: a black-and-white animal print from Clarence House.

The family room, too, is full of color and textures. Of note is the series of 8 encaustic paintings on the theme of life and dreams by Craig Allen. The encaustics are made with beeswax; you can smell the honey when you get close to the paintings.
