This project was a whole home remodel that was entered into the GTA HBA Showcase of Remodeled Homes. The homeowners had recently purchased the home and wanted to have nearly everything revamped prior to their moving in. From the outside in, we resided the whole home, rebuilt the front stairs into the home, completed the backyard fencing and installed a new custom built gate, then converted the lower level single garage into the family room, remodeled the kitchen/dining and living rooms, the master bath and guest bath, the master bedroom and closet, the front entry, the office and both guest rooms and finally the laundry room. The whole project was completed on a tight budget, that stayed on track.
