This project was a whole home remodel. Every interior wall was removed and rearranged to allow for the new open floor plan. A loft of the second floor was extended to add additional square footage to the home. An exterior mud room was enclosed and made a part of the home. All windows were resized, moved and installed. The internal staircase which was a walled staircase, was opened up to allow for visibility of the beach view from all portions of the main level of the home. Oak wood floors were installed throughout.
