This client was brought to me by a local contractor (Fancy Shacks) back in 2005. The client had inherited a challenging lot located upon a steep hillside overlooking "Edworthy Park" with fantastic city and valley views to the east. Requirements were for a Craftsman style with nanny suite over the garage and large deck to the east. The results were stunning. Project completed 2006
