I have been retained by a local Custom Home builder to prepare the Architectural Drawings for a new exclusive 10-lot subdivision in the community of Royal Oak, Calgary. This project is scheduled to be developed over the next 2-3 years with large walk-out lots overlooking a park and greenspace.
Update: Project cancelled by owner 2015. Infrastructure in place, but economy has failed to support this development.
