For this project, the Home in Transition (HIT) team worked with a client who was moving from her home of 37 years into a 2-bedroom condo. We helped her sort through a lifetime worth of belongings and figure out where items should go - as she was moving from 3 storeys to a condo, she had to make many decisions about what to keep and what to let go of. Family members took some items, and sold others online. The HIT team facilitated 2 separate online auctions, and helped to distribute many of the remaining items to local charities and businesses.
