This client had a great open space downtown and wanted to keep all the light and visibility but needed the room to still have a soft sophisticated look. The Hunter Douglas Nantucket Shades gave the style and the function to the room. The Nantucket Shades allowed our client to have them down and still have a soft look while getting UV protection for her furniture. While the shades are down she still keeps full visibility out her windows however at night she can close the shades for full privacy. The way this room was arranged with furniture in front of the windows we needed to do the shades with the power rise feature so that she can easily use the remote or wall switch to control the shades. It would have been difficult to reach over the furniture to raise and lower the shades so the power was the perfect solution.
