Lincoln Park Modern Loft

In this condo we used a few different products to treat the windows and give the function and decor our clients were looking to achieve. We did room darkening shades in the bedrooms and power roller shades through out the living room and bedrooms. We needed to find fabrics that went with the decor of the brick but did not compete with it. This project turned out beautiful and our clients can control everything with the push of a button.

We were needing something simple but room darkening for this guest bedroom. We used the Hunter Douglas Applause shades to give color and texture to the room and make it very darkening for sleeping. These shades we did cordless for a clean finished look.
