Roscoe Village Modern Home

This project was a new house in Roscoe Village. We walked through the house and came up with different shades to fit the needs for each room in the house. We like to vary products by room so that the functionality works for the space however we do coordinate the fabrics and colors so that the window treatments flow from room to room. In this project we used power on the back windows due to the height of them and being over stairs. The functionality worked perfectly.

This is the new Hunter Douglas Powerview remote control. The new design allows you to control up to 6 groups of shades and there is also an all button on the remote as well. The new sleek design of the remote can be done in multiple colors to go with the decor of your room.

This room was on the front of the house so we wanted to be able to have diffused privacy but still see outside. The Hunter Douglas Pirouette worked perfectly. During the day you can see out while still getting UV blockage from the sun on the furniture and floors.

We were looking for something to really soften up this master bathroom and give a lot of control of light and privacy. The Hunter Douglas Pirouette was a great solution for this window. We were able to mix a little color and texture into the space with giving full control of light and privacy.

Applause Powerview shades. We wanted something to give full privacy but still let in lots of natural light. This product worked great to preserve the light when down but when they are raised with the push of a button the shades go away.
