Guest suites are a popular item on people’s wish lists and not just for guests. As people age, they sometimes find themselves wanting separate sleeping quarters. Some of this is due to snoring, sleep schedules and/or other medical issues.

"When I first met this client, my first thought was this is a happily married couple. You can see the love they have for each other. As we worked through the couples’ wish list and through the design process, they began to realize that a guest suite/2nd master bedroom was a necessity.
