Colorado's Eastern Plains and Kansas have an annual average wind speed between 10.4 and 12.7 miles per hour. That is more than the "Windy City". These high winds, make it difficult to entertain outside. My clients love to entertain outside, but they wanted a flexible space to do it.

When my clients came to me, they had already started building this beautiful pond around which I designed this indoor-outdoor living space. To create this flexible space I knew we needed to be able to open up the space from all sides to let the outdoors in, but still have the ability to keep the disruptive winds out. These bi-fold doors were perfect!"
