Updating an outdated condo kitchen into an open plan, modern loft-like space, we tore out a vestibule, closets and kitchen walls to let light and energy flow freely throughout the space. The live-edge shelving and hand scraped rustic flooring add an earthy feel. A large format tile backsplash wall becomes another organic texture. Warm and cool tones contrast nicely in the muted palette.
