RRA transformed this 3,000sf raw loft and 1,600sf terrace into a three bedroom residence through a series of open and connected public spaces with the open mahogany, stone and stainless steel kitchen positioned at its center to give the client a flexible layout that was highly functional. Careful detailing of hidden, sliding pocket doors allow spaces to be adapted to the appropriate occasion, creating a den, guest room or vast entertainment space as well as a public powder room that seconds as a full guest bath. These subtle separations are distinguished by systematic changes in material and lighting.
