Karly Kristina Design was hired to design an industrial-modern new build located in a charming residential neighborhood in Vancouver. The client wanted a home that related to their style and functional needs but to also be designed for resale value. With a narrow floor plan layout, we provided efficiency through meaningful built-in’s throughout which included a gorgeous open galley kitchen & island that became the homes main focal point. Keeping the finishes light and airy allowed the floor plan to feel more spacious yet still dramatic through the subtle touches of black fixtures.
