Keeping the space bright and open, we designed this kitchen to have pure white shaker cabinets above with a clean white beveled subway tile and white counter top. The darker flat panel walnut was planned to be on the lower cabinets to be bottom heavy.

This large Master Bedroom is beautiful because of its large bay window, giving the space so much character. A bay window not only adds a major feature to a space but it also adds additional space to a room.

The Master Ensuite was designed with a large walk in shower. The tile work was beautifully done by having a bordered floor tile bordering off herringbone mosaics with an accent tile strip centering on the shower fixtures.

The fireplace in this Living Room gives a beautiful statement to the space playing with soft neutrals. The grey mosaics pull out the grey undertones in the hardwood flooring so nicely while the white waterfall mantel is crisp and clean finishing off the fireplace in a timeless way.

Having integrated appliances not only give a cleaner look to a kitchen but also gives a more custom feel. Because this is a smaller kitchen, it helped make the space actually feel more large, especially for the dishwasher to avoid so much stainless steel to be seen.

This Master Ensuite is a statement to the space by having french sliding doors showing it off nicely. We designed the vanity to be floating with a his and hers sink and large walk in shower. The shower tile work is beautifully done with an accent tile centering the shower fixtures.

This Master Ensuite was a long space. By opening up the doors to be a french opening, it not only opens up the room, it also provides amazing natural light for getting ready!

The basement bar was designed with openings on either side where the owner can eventually turn this basement into a rental suite by adding a fridge and stove on either side of the unit. For now, it serves as a great bar feature in this bright rec room.

Because the bathroom upstairs is a shared bathroom, we ended up putting in a narrow shower into this originally planned Powder Room to accommodate as a second bathroom.

This bathroom carries similar features as the kitchen into the space. The vanity has the wrapped walnut framing off the white shaker drawers. The tub apron is tiled in a larger white beveled subway tile which compliments the vanity perfectly.
