We had many goals to accomplish with this house :
*Rework the kitchen/dining/living layout to make the space flow better and feel larger. This included pushing the entire kitchen to the back of the home.
*Reconfigure two awkward bedrooms to create a large primary suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet.
*Creatively open the space up by lifting the ceilings from an original 7’ height.
*Increase the connection between indoor and outdoor space by updating the windows and repurposing the original wood features.
*Provide a unique, colorful design with earthy, bohemian, and modern elements.
*Create a safe backyard that can still be enjoyed despite its small footprint.
