With a growing family, the new homeowners needed a larger kitchen and living space to enjoy more family time together and be able to host friends and events for events and holidays. To meet this need, we created an addition in the back of the home to include the following spaces:
*Create a new kitchen and living space that connects and flows with current home
*Create usable space for family to cook and relax together, plus lots of storage space
*Add a new powder room for accessibility to family and friends
*Maximize natural light throughout and incorporate addition to current home structure
*Install a small deck and light landscaping to encourage indoor and outdoor usage
*Finish the spaces with earthy and warm tones to create a natural-feeling retreat that transitions between indoor and outdoor space
