Echo Park ADU

Bunch has been receiving many calls to design ADU's now that the State has passed the new ordinance that allows them in all single family lots. And we love it. Our interest in Japanese and tiny living, warm materials and clean lines makes for great ADU's. This one in Echo Park is 670 sf with a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, bedroom and a double high living room that opens up to several patios.
