Bunch has been receiving many calls to design ADU's now that the State has passed the new ordinance that allows them in all single family lots. And we love it. Our interest in Japanese and tiny living, warm materials and clean lines makes for great ADU's. This one in Highland Park is 850 sf with a full kitchen, bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, laundry, bedroom and a high living room.
