Renovation of a 100 year old house in Elysian Park/ Los Angeles. Renovation included kitchen, dining area, living area and 2 bathrooms. Objective was to open up the entire floor while creating multiple zones for different activities. The 'zones' were defined by color, texture, material as well as partial separation such as low wall and interior clear story (glass). Reclaimed wood floor (originally Kentucky farm fence), wood post, doors and windows add warmth.
