My client's existing interior had some great pieces, but few elements pulled them together into a cohesive design. They were looking for a fresh, modern interior while tapping into as much of their existing furniture as possible. Some, like the dining room table, were family pieces that were well loved. In this case, I had the dining room table refinished, giving it a new life, and making it a showpiece in the dining room. One design requirement was incorporating the family's salt-water fish tank. To make the tank a feature while blending in to a comprehensive design, I surrounded it with a custom built-in media cabinet.
