EL SERENO OCCUPIED STAGING

A cute Spanish revival home in El Sereno needed our expert treatment before going on the market. You'll see some before and after pictures. We're so happy: this unique home was snatched up within a week!

Streamlining the gorgeous kitchen was easy to do. For character we added the faux sheepskin covers on the three stools.

We set the table with yellow accents and put a large bowl with lemons on the kitchen island to accentuate the green and yellow color palette.

After we de-cluttered the primary bedroom and moved the bed to the other wall, the room felt larger and more inviting.

Using the homeowners' dining set we added cushions and a tray with Margarita glasses and pitcher. We added seating along the back wall and a friendly sun on the wall, converting the cluttered mess into an inviting retreat under the natural canopy of tall leafy trees.

The homeowners had installed track lighting that makes it especially enticing to use the space during dusk and evening hours.

The homeowners converted the garage into a multi-purpose room. We de-cluttered and brought in a colorful accent piece that shows off the generous size of the space.
