A view from the kitchen into dining nook and living room. The late afternoon sun creates large shadows and high contrast.

With the dining nook next to the kitchen we opted for a compact table with fresh yellow and green accents. Since the holidays are coming up there are some festive touches on the table as well. The yellow/grey "Napkin II" original oil painting pulls all the yellows out and sets a bright, airy tone.

A mid-century modern night stand and lamp are enough to show off this roomy Master Bedroom that we dressed using a simple grey duvet set and throw pillows. The wine colored accent pillow and throw create a beautiful contrast and make a bold statement.

Across from the king bed and matching mid-century dresser we opted for a strong original oil painting "Napkin I" to balance the colorful throw. We went for a "less is more" elegance where each piece plays a role in creating a sophisticated look.

The family room with french doors to the back yard and tall walls allows for this stunning banner that was once used to advertise a Getty show. Casual seating in yellow and grey with a book of "Burning Man" on the coffee table sets the stage for family gatherings across from the TV.

The other end of the family room - next to the stairway and adjacent to french doors to the back yard - is the perfect spot for a black bistro height table and chairs. We found some fun art and accessories to dress it up.
