Elboya Renovation - Phase 2

A few years after completing the main level renovation (Stanley Park Residence - Phase 1), the client called us to update the Master Bedroom and Guest Bath. Along with new furnishings that included an area rug, upholstered head board and bench, custom millwork was designed for extra storage as well as to house a TV and electric fireplace. The new light fixture adds a touch of sparkle and elegance to this space. The guest bathroom got all new plumbing fixtures along with a custom designed teak vanity, new marble flooring and countertop and new lighting. The new furnishings and fixtures update this space so nicely and the clients are thrilled with the outcome!
