This beautiful townhome in Pasadena was a complete remodel. The home was gutted completely with a new floorplan to include kitchen, powder room, master bedroom and bathroom, family room, guest bathroom, entry and laundry room. A classic landscape design was also added with new outdoor furniture and an antique fountain from Jan de Luz in Carmel. This project took 14 months to complete from start to finish and no detail was spared. Highlights include custom doors, limestone floors, pewter hardware, fine antiques, and a vintage butcher block from the 19th century with original clever.
