For this project, I purchased this home, remodeled & updated, and it was sold to a lovely family. When I originally purchased the house, it mainly needed aesthetic updates.

I updated the colors throughout the house, and in the kitchen, added an island and changed the countertop to quartz. I also added all the interior doors, and suspension lights throughout, and a bathroom and family room to the basement of the house.

It was on the market for 2 1/2 weeks before sale!
