RénoDéco Etc gaved personality to this house north of Montreal. Our mandate was to make few renovations and refurnishe the property to put it back on the market for sale.

The kitchen espacially looked much more appeling to a potential buyer after our transformations. It was achieved on a low budget because we did not change the cabinet at all. Only new black hardware from Ikea, new wood countertop and sink, dark backsplash and an island from Ikea.

It was sold only after 3 weeks being on the market!
